Bourbon vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) from Madagascar is the gold standard for flavour houses, premium food manufacturers, chocolatiers and luxury confectionery worldwide. Its characteristic creamy, rich, slightly woody aromatic profile commands the highest prices in the global spice market. The vanillin content of properly cured SAVA-region pods consistently exceeds 1.6% dry weight — the benchmark for Gourmet grade.
NutriaFly is not a trading intermediary — we cultivate directly. Over 100 hectares of plantation in the SAVA region produce 40,000 to 70,000 kg of dried vanilla annually under our management. Frequently Asked Questions
NutriaFly's minimum order quantity is 1 pallet for all vanilla products, whether raw pods, extracts, or processed derivatives. Export terms are FOB Antananarivo or CIF to your destination port. For samples, contact us directly — sample availability depends on current stock.
NutriaFly offers the full vanilla range from the SAVA region: Gourmet vanilla pods (Grade A, 16–18 cm), TK beans (industrial grade), cut pods (custom length), vanilla caviar (pure seeds), vanilla powder (100% ground pods), vanilla extract from 1X to 20X concentration, vanilla bean paste, natural vanilla sugar, and natural vanilla syrup. Gourmet grade vanilla pods are whole, plump, unbroken beans of 16–18 cm with moisture between 28–35%. They are priced at a premium and preferred for retail and high-end food service. TK beans are split, broken or shorter pods with identical vanillin content — ideal for industrial extraction at a lower cost per kilogram of vanillin delivered.
Certification options depend on your requirements. NutriaFly works with cooperatives that can supply organic-certified and ethically traded vanilla. Please specify your certification requirements (Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, Halal) when submitting your inquiry. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided as standard with every shipment.
Indicative pricing is provided at inquiry stage, aligned with current global market references. Orders are opened 2.5 months before harvest. Final price is confirmed and locked 1 month prior to shipment, protecting both parties from short-term volatility. Advance reservation is the most effective strategy for securing both volume and favourable pricing.
Each NutriaFly shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, and a detailed origin and traceability report. Additional documentation (MSDS, organic certificates, Halal certificates) is available on request at order stage.
